Terms of service

1. Who you are contracting with

ProminAI is a service operated by Incunation Global, a sole proprietorship registered in India, with its place of business at Beta-2, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201310. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Incunation Global. "You" means the person or business buying the service.

Incunation Global is the seller and the contracting party on every order. Your invoice and your Razorpay payment record are issued in that name. ProminAI, StartupFeed and CampusFeed are brands operated by Incunation Global.

2. What the service is

ProminAI is a managed digital branding service. We research your business, write news articles about it, publish them on our own news websites, place your correct details on other public websites, check what AI platforms answer about you, and report what we did with a live link for every item.

The exact quantity of articles, mentions, questions checked, competitors tracked and reports depends on the plan you buy. What is included in each plan is set out on the plans page, and that page forms part of these terms.

3. Placing an order

An order is placed when you pay through Razorpay using the payment link or payment page we give you. Your order is accepted when your payment is captured and your portal login is created. We may decline an order before that point, and if we do, any money taken is returned in full.

We may decline or stop work where the business is one we cannot write about honestly, where the facts cannot be checked, or where publishing would put us in breach of law or of the editorial standards of StartupFeed and CampusFeed.

4. Prices, GST and payment

Every price shown on this website is in Indian rupees and is before 18% GST, which is added at checkout. You receive a proper GST invoice for every payment and may claim input credit if you are eligible.

Payment is taken in advance by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details. There is no setup fee and no hidden charge. Nothing renews automatically. When your plan period ends, it simply ends, unless you choose to buy again.

Discounted prices, including the Founders Discount, apply only while that discount is open and only to orders paid during that period. The closing date is shown on the plans page.

5. What we need from you, and what happens if we do not get it

To do this work we need your real details: your legal name, services, leadership, qualifications, locations and markets, your website and public profile links, a logo or photographs of reasonable quality, the names of competitors you actually lose business to, and one named person who can confirm facts and approve drafts.

You confirm that everything you give us is true, that you are entitled to give it to us, and that any logo, photograph or material you send does not infringe anybody else's rights. You are responsible for what you tell us about your own business.

Approvals drive the timeline. If your approval takes longer than three working days, the work waits and your dates move by the same amount. A plan period is not extended because approvals were slow at your end.

6. What we do not promise

This section matters more than any other on this page. Please read it twice.

• We do not promise that any AI platform will name you. Nobody can. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google are run by third parties, they change their systems without notice, and there is no advertising slot for organic recommendations. No agency, consultant or vendor anywhere can pay a platform to insert a brand into an answer. Anyone who promises you a placement is not telling you the truth.
• We do not promise a ranking, a citation, a position or a number of leads, and we do not promise any level of sales, enquiries or revenue.
• We do not promise that a third party will keep our work online. Medium, DailyHunt, Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn and similar platforms apply their own rules and may remove or change anything at any time. Articles on StartupFeed and CampusFeed are on our own websites and stay online, subject to section 8.
• We do not promise results in any particular period. This work builds over months. If you need sales this week, advertising is the honest answer and we will tell you so.

What we do promise is the work itself: the articles, the mentions, the checks and the reports set out in your plan, each with a live link in your portal, done to the standard described on this website.

7. What is not included in any plan

Website design, development or hosting. Paid advertising, ad management or ad spend. Social media account management or daily posting. Logo, brand identity or packaging design. Making changes on your own website; we give you the exact fix-list and the work itself is quoted separately. If you need any of these, ask us and we will quote separately or point you to someone honest.

8. Approval, corrections and ownership

Nothing is published until you have read the draft and approved it in writing. Once you approve, you are confirming that the facts in it are true.

We will correct a genuine factual error at no charge at any time, for as long as the article is on our websites. Ask us and we will fix it. We will not rewrite a published article to remove an accurate fact, and we will not publish a claim we cannot check, even if you ask us to.

Articles we publish on StartupFeed or CampusFeed remain our editorial property and stay online after your plan ends. You receive a permanent, clickable link and you may share it, link to it, and quote it in your own marketing. You own the underlying facts about your own business, and your logo and photographs remain yours.

We may remove or amend any published item if it becomes inaccurate, if it is challenged on legal grounds, or if it breaches the editorial standards of the publishing website.

9. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel and receive a full refund if you tell us within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started. Full details, including exactly what counts as work having started, are on the cancellation and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

We do not offer any other money-back arrangement, because the work is research, writing and publishing that cannot be taken back once it is done.

10. Moving up a plan

You may move to a larger plan at any time from your portal. You pay only the difference, worked out from your own dates, and the whole sum is shown to you before you agree to it. If you bought the one-time Starter and move to any membership within 30 days of that payment, the entire Starter fee is credited against your membership price.

11. Your portal and your login

Every plan includes a login to the member portal, for the period stated on the plans page. The one-time Starter includes it for 7 days. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for anything done through your login. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has access.

We may suspend a login where there is a security problem, where payment has failed, or where the account is being used to publish something we cannot stand behind.

12. Confidentiality

Anything you tell us that is not intended for publication stays between us. We will not sell your information, and we will not pass it to anybody except the service providers listed in our privacy policy, or where the law requires it.

13. Limit of our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you for anything connected with this service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the plan in question. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything a third-party platform does or fails to do.

14. If something goes wrong

Write to us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied, our formal complaint route, the officer's name and the time limits we work to are on the grievance redressal page.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version that applies to your order is the version on this page on the day you paid. Material changes are dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may apply to any court for urgent relief.
