Nothing is posted to you. ProminAI is a service, and everything we produce appears in your member portal. This page exists because payment providers ask every business for a delivery policy; here is ours.
1. How the service reaches you
Everything we produce appears in your member portal at prominai.in/login. You sign in and it is there: your Brand Truth File, every article, every mention with its live link, every AI check, your reports and your invoices. The one-time Starter includes the portal for 7 days; the article's live link is also sent to you by email and WhatsApp, and stays online after the 7 days.
2. When each thing happens
The one-time Starter article (₹3,499)

| Same day or the next | Your article is researched, written, fact-checked and designed, then sent to you to approve. |
| Within 24 to 48 hours of your written approval | The article is published with its custom image, posted to the StartupFeed channel on DailyHunt, and the live link is sent to you. |
The 48-hour clock runs from your written approval of the draft, not from your payment, because nothing is published until you have approved it. Cancellations and refunds are covered on the cancellation and refunds page.
The monthly memberships (Foundation and above)

| Each month after that | AI checks are recorded against your buyer questions. |
These are the times we work to. A month can run differently if we are waiting for you to approve something or a publisher is slow, and your portal always shows what is waiting on whom.
3. What counts as delivered
The proof rule: if it cannot be clicked from your portal, it does not count toward your plan. A mention is delivered when it has a live link, we have checked that link, and it works. We check every link again every week; if one dies, it drops out of your count and you are told.
4. How long a plan runs
- AI Presence Starter: one piece of work, the article, published within 24 to 48 hours of your written approval of the draft.
- Foundation: 1 month.
- Momentum: 3 months.
- Authority: 6 months.
- Leadership: 12 months.
Every plan starts on the day your payment is confirmed and ends on the same date after the stated period. Nothing renews automatically.
5. If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver something you paid for, you get the full amount for that part back, as the cancellation and refunds page describes.
